The Sandman was very responsive & answered all of our questions. Tim did an amazing job with the floor repairs. His focus on the details made all the difference in the world. We found Tim to be a man of his word & delightful!
Took our deposit and never showed up to do the job. Refuses to return numerous voicemails. We are being forced to pursue legal action to get our money back. Use great caution before signing a contract and putting money down. We met with Tim in July to discuss refinishing the floors of two rooms in our house. His personality left much to be desired. I had a long review written, but Google decided to glitch on me. Long story short ... Our floors are awful! Made inappropriate comments while we were still in the house. Demanded cash instead of check because our bank is 30 minutes away (does not accept credit cards). Came home from vacation to a house covered in dust. C.O.V.E.R.E.D! Terrible job sanding the floors. Tim was very prompt on answering calls, early for appointments, and a hard worker. Our floors turned out so pretty!! He paid attention to small details, and often it is the little things that matter. I recommend the Sandman for any of your hard wood work you need done. He not only refinishes floors, he also lays new floors. Tim has very good pricing, and works quickly. We are very pleased with his work on our home.
