We hit the Sandbar whenever we are on Sanibel. Happy hour although short (4-5:30) has the best food deals. $7 Boom Boom shrimp ( could not finish) cheeseburgers good for sharing, potato skins are awesome, teriayki steak skewers fabulous. Haven't even tried the regular dining menu yet. Bartenders are attentive Casey, Francis and Jessie!
We enjoyed a wonderfully prepared very reasonably priced dinner with our friends at the bar. Our mixologist Francis not only makes some of the best martinis in the area, but we also followed his menu suggestions. My lemon flavored "red snapper" special with basmati rice and fresh vegtables was delicous. The Filet Mignon and Pork Chop entrees were also fabulous. Fresh coffee with Creme Brulee, wonderful service from Francis, and we all look forward to returning soon!
Delicious food. I had the shrimp scampi and my sister had Mahi Mahi. Both meals super hot and delicious! Service excellent and peanut butter pie was yummy!!
