We have a focus on fresh, healthy and a chef-driven menu for food that tastes as good as it's good for you. 100% of our menu items are made from whole foods. That means no preservatives, food dyes, hydrogenated oil, or artificial flavors, ever. We source as much organic as we can and buy local whenever possible.

I'm in town for a conference and after researching local vegan/vegetarian restaurants in the Orlando area I decided to come here. I was not disappointed. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly and most importantly the food is absolutely DELICIOUS! I ordered the Sedona Bowl and it was very filling and has tons of flavor. I live in KY and there are no vegan or vegetarian restaurants so this was an absolute delight and worth the $40 cab fare. This is THE BEST vegan/vegetarian/overall healthy food being served in Orlando. And it IS damn good! No joke. I would eat here everyday. I would even hang out here and not eat if I had more free time. Love the people. Love the vibe. Love the kind of person it attracts. Support them. Support yourself by eating there. Just yes.
