We have a focus on fresh, healthy and a chef-driven menu for food that tastes as good as it's good for you. 100% of our menu items are made from whole foods. That means no preservatives, food dyes, hydrogenated oil, or artificial flavors, ever. We source as much organic as we can and buy local whenever possible.

I was traveling to Orlando to pick up my partner from the airport and we were hungry. I had heard good things about The Sanctum, so we decided to give it a try. Tasty! Tasty! Tasty! Eggplant soup was inspired! The Bowls were an explosion of flavors! And the Roasted Cauliflower and Brussels were perfect! You can tell they enjoy the process. Great food served quickly by a friendly, attentive staff! From one Vegan Chef (Organic Goddess Cafe) to another... Thank you for doing what you do!

My daughter and I went for the first time last nite. John, was so helpful and explained the menu to us. His excitment and passion was contageous! We had the Sushi Bowl and the special of the day, their Taco salad bowl. He also reccomended the Mach Matcha Latte with hemp milk. Omg....it was like a warm, smoothie, tea type drink. So good! The Summer Corn soup was amazing, the potatoes were delicious, and the best damn brownie was yummy but the best thing was the service! Would certainly recommend this restaurant!
