It started ok. But then the truth started showing it's true identity. They kept people sedated cause they would sleep all the time. I truly believe food has drugs. They washed my clothes and they weren't dry they were wet. Nurses treat people all nice then I got attacked. They bruised my arm getting blood pressure. Had 2 wheelchairs that broke.i warn people if nurses get upset they sedate people.look at there ratings going down.

We used the services here for my mother who suffers from dementia while the staff (reception and care staff ) appeared to be friendly and caring they did not follow the course of treatment we were told they would and the administration did not properly provide the correct discharge paperwork for her long term care and have since ghosted us when we have tried to get it corrected. I have a firm belief that this company is scamming the insurance companies and the families of their patients. Hindsight is 20/20 I wish we had neve... read more

I trusted this facility with my mother's care and now regret my choice. Despite their handbook promising daily occupational therapy, she received none. Her discharge summary left out important diagnosis that would have qualified her for therapy and the lack of communication from the staff made the situation even worse. As a result she has declined physically and mentally and our family has suffered emotionally and financially.

I am deeply disappointed in the level of care my grandmother received and the oversight at this facility. My grandmother’s discharge summary failed to include accurate skillable diagnoses which directly impacted her ability to receive physical and occupational therapies she clearly needed. We were reassured multiple times during her stay that she would be discharged with skillable diagnoses. Even more concerning, the facility’s own handbook indicates that occupational therapy is offered daily. After reviewing her records, we... read more

My mother was discharged without the proper skillable diagnoses that would have allowed her to qualify for the therapies she desperately needed. The handbook indicated daily occupational therapy, but records confirm she received none. On top of that, the social worker misinformed our family and communication from the facility was consistently poor. They refused to take our phone calls! The end result has been emotional heartache for us and unnecessary financial burden to ensure she received the post hospital care she needed ... read more
