I've been living here for 3 months and I'm still waiting for the apartment to be in move in condition, the toilet is filthy and the sink is corroding, I wish I could upload photos. along with a filthy ac unit that makes noise when its not running, the unit had not been cleaned properly, fans and vents are dirty. I've contact numerous people at the from office and sent picture but nothing has been done. I have been living here for a year and I have come to the conclusion, it is past time to leave! The property is absolutely beautiful from the outside. The apartments themselves are truly stunning. Most of the staff members are great! If I could stay here for the entire time I have to be in Florida, I absolutely would! But I won't! There are keys elements to residing in a property for a length of time and too many of my "cannot live with" boundaries have been violated! 1. Been lied to since we moved in. There’s not much good I can say about that. We were told we were getting an apartment with hardwood floors. That’s what essentially sold us with the place. Unfortunately we did not get the apartment we had originally agreed to, so that was a break of trust for us, instead we got a non updated apartment with carpet which is exactly what we were trying to stay away from because we have a puppy, which we made very clear. I moved in October of 2019, my apartment the complex the grounds and the whole environment and the staff are 5 stars Me and my Dog Hercules are extremely happy here

I think the staff is amazing! Debbie is a first class manager and has improved the community greatly!
