They have gotten our rent amount wrong, accused us of having pets we don't own, and have threatened to tow our car for "four small spots of rust and damage" (their words). Maintenance takes forever! We spent a month without air conditioning, not because it was too cold to test it, but because they forgot to turn it on! They are turning it into a "gated community." Do not be deceived by this company (known as Fath Properties). The best possible thing I can say about them is they are incompetent at managing rental properties.
The staff are nice and courteous. They are on top of getting things fixed if there are any. The staff is gracious about their tenents, and the grounds.
This is a very quiet place to live very spacious apartment everyone here is great at taking care of their tenants the staff are very helpful and kind they treat everyone with respect I love living here
Such a disappoint this year. "Updated" apartment means you get a ceiling fan. The pool has been green all season. Disgusting. I do not recommend living here.
