We like our house, we love the neighborhood. Everything after the sale has been a disappointment. Warranty items aren’t getting done and we’re not getting called back. Also the management company that William Ryan has chosen is not responsive and doesn’t seem to want to address issues. I find myself regretting the decision to buy in The Sanctuary.

We chose The Sanctuary out of so many other communities because of the beautiful product and the great service we received from the start.
