We like our house, we love the neighborhood. Everything after the sale has been a disappointment. Warranty items aren’t getting done and we’re not getting called back. Also the management company that William Ryan has chosen is not responsive and doesn’t seem to want to address issues. I find myself regretting the decision to buy in The Sanctuary.

We chose The Sanctuary out of so many other communities because of the beautiful product and the great service we received from the start. Thank you for bringing us back to the reason we chose to make this our home; oh and can’t forget about Jim, thank you as well.
This review is opinion based on my experience and interaction with the local William Ryan Homes staff. As a builder, I would say they’re okay. As the board of the HOA, they’re a complete nightmare. Their landscaper installed the sod to our home incorrectly and it needed to get removed 10 months after we moved in. Not only did no one from the management company (Allied - also terrible), or the landscaper (Allegro - extremely terrible) notify us that they would be tearing the sod out, our backyard has been unusable for nearly ... read more
Jenna Hendrix has made my first home purchase amazing. She continues to provide information on the build and responds to my inquiries as her priority.
Have had many great experiences from the beginning of our house purchase process and as we near the end with this builder! Jenna and Nate have absolutely gone above and beyond making us feel welcomed, transparent with information, as well as just great people to converse with. We look forward to many years here at The Sanctuary!
