Updated Review: Jenna, thank you for turning things around for my family and me. We chose The Sanctuary out of so many other communities because of the beautiful product and the great service we received from the start. Thank you for bringing us back to the reason we chose to make this our home; oh and can’t forget about Jim, thank you as well.
This review is opinion based on my experience and interaction with the local William Ryan Homes staff. As a builder, I would say they’re okay. As the board of the HOA, they’re a complete nightmare. Their landscaper installed the sod to our home incorrectly and it needed to get removed 10 months after we moved in. Not only did no one from the management company (Allied - also terrible), or the landscaper (Allegro - extremely terrible) notify us that they would be tearing the sod out, our backyard has been unusable for nearly ... read more
Jenna Hendrix has made my first home purchase amazing. She continues to provide information on the build and responds to my inquiries as her priority.
Have had many great experiences from the beginning of our house purchase process and as we near the end with this builder! Jenna and Nate have absolutely gone above and beyond making us feel welcomed, transparent with information, as well as just great people to converse with. We look forward to many years here at The Sanctuary!
Love my place, but I have to say I’m very disappointed in William Ryan Homes’ representatives. When we chose to move here, we truly believed we would be taken care of until the board takes over. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Multiple emails go unanswered, the team seems to pick and choose who they respond to, and the landscaping is poorly maintained ( All facts, got picture to back it up) our grass is completely gone.
