Update 7/26. Still unresolved issues and can’t get an answer about my issue. Make sure you have a private inspector take a look at your house before you close and list every possible issue at every warranty check. If you bring something up at a year that you didn’t mention during closing they will tell you it’s not their problem. Read the fine print on the documents. It often felt like the primary focus was getting to closing rather than ensuring quality workmanship throughout the build process.
