I just moved in a week ago. Move in was flawless & easy. Very responsive staff. Apartment was spotless inside. I am shocked at how quiet the building is...I have not heard a single footstep or noise since I've been here. I live on the ground floor facing the parking lot & hear nothing. Very pleasantly surprised.
I really enjoyed my time at The Sanctuary. I lived there for two years and the only reason I had to move was because I needed a 3 bedroom. Paula especially was delightful at the front office. Anytime I needed something she was always very helpful and prompt in her response. The maintenance crew was always very quick to make a repair or an adjustment with an issue.
