Living At The Sanctuary : It was the WORST rental experience I've dealt with & I was there since 2019 ! -The staff doesn't answer the phones -The office is unorganized & unprofessional -They constantly switch out managers who don't know anything or care about the residents. -Work orders are being "marked" as completed but are NOT being "completed". -They let anyone move in since their loyal tenants started leaving and breaking their lease. -Problems and fixtures that I needed to be done was NEVER fixed or taken care ... read more
