To Ben and all of the fabulous staff at The Salted Slate, thank you again for such a phenomenal execution of Dennis' celebratory birthday dinner. It was creative, unusual, and absolutely delicious! The attention to detail and the wine pairings were just outrageous, but after knowing Chef Ben for more than 10 years, I would expect nothing less. I so appreciated all of the extra attention on a busy Saturday night. Thank you again.
