We went to watch the Polar express. It was really a neat experience. The only issue we had was the cookies were not homemade type they were just made by the Keebler Elf and only given out to the kids and they didn't offer any kind of sweets. Otherwise the food was really good. The waitresses were a little loud while the movie was playing. But it was not terrible. I'd go back to do the train thing again. �
Went to the Polar Express yesterday. We had a great time. Great good & service. It was a magical trip for our grandchildren. We will be back next year.
Took my son and nephew to the Polar Express at the Salted Rim. We had something dripping from the ceiling onto our table which looked like rusty water with chunks of black things in it. We told our server and she got the manager. He simple stated it must be a ghost, seriously... I have my 10 year old and my 3 year old nephew with me!!!??! Needless to say we won't return, that is so nasty!
Polar Express Excellent!! Highly recommend! Great job by all Staff. Third year attending.
Staff was very friendly however the food was not all that good and took forever to make it to our table. Stopped because we saw the trains decorated which were pretty and the decor of the restaurant was not bad either but just didn't quite make an impression so we probably will not return. Again, our waitress was very bubbly and nice as she apologized often for the lateness of food.
The Polar Express experience was exceptional. My grandkids, their parents and I loved it. They Salted Rim staff does a great job. The food was excellent and the surprises while watching the movie were great. A most holiday thing to do. Thank you Salted Rim my grand kids loved it!!
Just enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner with 3 of my girlfriends. The atmosphere and decor of the train car was absolutely beautiful. The food was nothing short of a wonderful home cooked meal. Our server Chris was a delight. Can't wait to come back here.
