Very nice vibe at the restaurant in Riverside, CA. I had the pork belly sandwich with dirty fries. The pork belly sandwich had succulent pork belly with a reasonable amount of marble and a slice of orange with rind instead of the usual tomato slice. I was surprised by this last ingredient. The orange slice was prepared in such a way that you could eat the rind and all. It was not bitter or tough. Truly unique experience. Excellent food with an usual twist of ingredients and textures that you don't normally experience.
Went there in a Sunday for a couple bloody Mary's and a snack. Yummy Bloody Mary's but wish their brunch menu had a few more choices.
This is probably my favorite place for craft food and beer in Riverside. The food is comforting and delicious and the beer selection comes from local as well as out of state breweries. The cocktails are also very well made and the staff is awesome and very accommodating.
The Salted Pig has amazing food and drinks. Their menu changes seasonally and it just exciting not knowing what will be next.
