salt room was awesome. This is my 3rd time and I brought my husband. Not long ago he had surgery on his broken leg and it was itching like crazy. When he was in there he said he found great relief! He wanted to go home and pack salt in it like the Romans. Haha! Ty!
This is an excellent place to go and relax and unwind... They give you a cozy blanket to snuggle with and you get you breathe in the nice salty air you can actually feel your air passages open and relax wonderful idea for those colds in the winter
Excellent. Did the sauna too. Bought a package as I will return often.
Was a good first time experience. I had a severe cold for a week, and after leaving, the next day my cold was almost non-existent. Will be going back when healthy to see the results when we'll.
The staff was amazing very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I don't think one session did a whole lot for me physically however mentally I did doze off and was very very relaxed. I may try it again
