Although the meat is tasty I do not like chunky, dry, warm potatoe salad. The beans were something I would get out of a can. If I return, it would only be to get the meat.

RecommendedI took my wife and child there for the first time in this passed summer. I have been a way for years and everything in my home town of dripping springs but the one thing has remained the same. The amazing foods and people of the salt lick.
RecommendedGreat service, love the place, and very good food. I was just slightly disappointed in the brisket. I asked for very lean and it still had a bit too much fat and much of the top was too tough to bite so I had to take my sandwich apart and pick at it. It was still tasty.
