Great place---mellow, clean, perfect for when you have sinus issues, Very relaxing---I usually end up taking a nap. Highly recommended

Went to salt grotto for the first time really love it,I had a sinus infection for about 2 weeks and honestly I can say that doing the session for 45 minutes made me a whole lot better ..it was very relaxing and cozy ,can't wait to go back there
Absolutely love it here. The staff is phenomenal and very knowledgeable. Multiple rooms here for halotherapy, acupuncture and massage. Highly recommended.
I have been going to the Salt Grotto for about 2 years, and I no longer take a daily antihistamine. When i rest for 30 minutes breathing the pure air, I re energize and my breathing clears up for a good two weeks. Best health investment in town. I urge anyone with nasal/sinus congestion to give it a try; I am sure you will feel the improvement.
I absolutely loved my 1st visit to The Salt Grotto! Its beautiful and sets such a relaxing mood from the moment you walk in the door. I wanted to cry when my 60 minute massage was over. It felt so amazing! The salt room was a great getaway to just relax. I realized almost immediately that I was breathing easier. My nose was no longer allergy stuffy! That was yesterday and I wish i could go back today!
This is the most awesome place! A hidden gem. Relaxing, therapeutic, a wonderful getaway after an overwhelming stressful day. Oh.. And they have gorgeous salt lamps for sale.
The salt grotto was amazing! My daughter took me there for my birthday and much to my surprise I loved it. Thank you for being such a wonderful daughter! We must get a group together and go!
