The salt cavern helped open up my breathing. With year round allergies on top of an upper respiratory cold, hands down helped me so much.
This place is wonderful! Went in for a session and felt my sinuses draining as as I was in the session. Came out and actually was breathing clear fresh air! Loved it!
I think the place is great helps with allergies colds and also just so relaxing👍
