I really liked the way Salt Cavern operates Great concept!! I felt so relaxed and meditative for 45 minutes And it felt like my nose just opened up and the breathing became so much easier and pleasurable ��
The whole atmosphere of the center was relaxing, even the voice of the gentleman who welcomed me. I walked in, and after a few minutes, my sinuses opened up! Then, I fell asleep. Upon awakening, I felt rested and fresh!
I had just been diagnosed with sinusitis and feeling pretty miserable. A session in the Salt Cavern cleared up my sinuses and I was breathing deeper than I had in years.
The Salt Cavern is my place to go to, whether I am looking for a relaxation or to bust my immune system. Always a great experience !
