As a person who suffers with winter respiratory problems, after my first 45 minutes resting and relaxing in the Salt Cavern I literally felt my sinuses and airways open up inside my face. The Salt Cavern is the BEST and most natural healing method for betting breathing overall. It has helped me many times when suffering with allergies or colds, or horrible head congestion. Willy is so very nice, and I highly recommend everyone to come and enjoy the benefits of this wonderful Salt Cavern!

I have had sinus problems for years. I find that since I started coming to Salt Cavern I am coughing less and breathing more freely. And taking 45 minutes to relax and breath the salt air is a great way to get rid of stress. I highly recommend this for everyone.
