They are trying to stand up for an employee that did a terrible hair job to my friend. Then they post about it calling the friend a liar and now are deleting the comments and blocking people!
My friend recently got her hair done here and the work was patchy and unblended, and the matter in which management handled it was completely unprofessional.
My friend recently has been in town and happened to get her hair done before she had to return to her duty station, because she is in the military. Not the color but how it was applied, was aweful . When brought to the attention of a manager and the stylist, she had been ignored and treated rudely. Then, to bring awareness of what happened, in return gets called a liar.
