I did keratin treatment and a full balayage with Allen Cole, and I honestly had a great experience. Allen is very professional, patient, and really knows what he’s doing. I had a certain color in mind, and he worked step by step to reach it without damaging my hair. The color didn’t come out exactly in the first visit, but he kindly booked me for another appointment and made sure I leave the salon happy. Billings errors, repeatedly, scheduling errors so bad, poor training of front desk and telephone scheduling by mgr Tiffany. Separate ownership from Red Rock Casino so No accountability. Lots of turn over from spa aestheticians, as they were shorted on tips. The most overpriced salon in Summerlin. I will never return.

By far the most pathetic services. I made a reservation online with my card details. They made me wait one whole hour and then said there is no reservation under my name after I went and asked what’s up. They have no respect for people’s time. How can you charge a $100 for a haircut and have such a disastrous management??!! This is the least professional and worst place I have come for any services and I definitely do not recommend.
