By far the most pathetic services. I made a reservation online with my card details. They made me wait one whole hour and then said there is no reservation under my name after I went and asked what’s up. They have no respect for people’s time. How can you charge a $100 for a haircut and have such a disastrous management??!! This is the least professional and worst place I have come for any services and I definitely do not recommend.
AMATEUR STYLISTS!!!! Amber said she could do a Blonde Ombre A line cut.... I left a burnet with no A-line... I message Amber about it days after I tried to tone it lighter and she let me know she did not put ANY bleach/blonde in my hair. She obviously has no idea what an Ombre is. Amber said she could get me in a few days later for $150 highlights? I reached out to the manager of the salon who set me up with Tracey who was to be an Ombre specialist....
