Kathy does not know how to cut hair. She has messed with 2 of my boys hair. and they were not crying or misbehaving just fidgeting like any 1 year old would. I usually prefer the other stylist thats there but she always busy so i have to do with this lady. As a specialist in “Kids” She should know how to do better. When asked to go over and fix a few spots she will fake it or not do it correctly and do something differently than told or blame the childs head when thats not even the issue. They ruined my son’s beautiful hair. I asked the hair lady multiple times not to cut it too short also showed some reference photos. She repeatedly nodded, agreeing with me and bragging that she had been cutting hair for 40 year, only to do the exact opposite of what I asked. To make matters worse, I told her no lollipops, yet she handed one to my son anyway. Giving a child food or candy without a parent's permission is completely unprofessional and unsafe. Stay away from this place !!!
I have to agree with another reviewer, named Ivanna. I believe the same woman who cut her child’s hair, cut my daughter’s hair also. My toddler is super well behaved for haircuts and stays still.. I only needed her bangs cut and there were still long hairs. I told the lady and she cut her hair again and when I got home and I saw my daughters bangs and there’s two long hair strands still and the bangs are choppy, to where some areas are shorter than others.. the environment was clean and the hairstylist was nice, but would de... read more
This is a terrible place!! One of the hairdressers (I don’t know her name, she spoke very poor English) cut my child’s bangs completely crooked. The haircut was done very badly, and she behaved aggressively. Very disappointing experience!!
