JADE"S the BEST in BEVERLY HILLS – Being a blond, it is very difficult to find someone that knows what shade of blond to do and make it look natural. Jade not only knows her stuff but is so sweet too. She also does my hair so it doesn't get damaged and looks natural growing out rather than having dark roots. You get what you pay for and with blond hair, being cheap shows! Go see Jade!
