We have worked with Julia for several years. First, she managed the rental of our Belltown condo. She took all the stress out of finding tenants. During a time when first-time home buyers were at a significant disadvantage, we went from initial meeting to homeowners in less than 3 weeks. Julia is amazing! She advocates for her clients and is on top of every detail at each step; anticipating your questions before you even know what they will be! Cannot recommend Julia and The Saki Group enough!
My experience with Saki group has been great. I was cutting it close finding a rental in Seattle. Julia was very prompt in answering my questions and moving forward with the rental application, I was able to finalize everything in a couple of days. She is straightforward and keeps up her word, this was important to me. She went the extra mile and helped me with some maintenance requests.
