Keep getting transferred over here when trying to get a disc with an MRI and they keep hanging up the phone after I wait on hold forever 🙄
BEWARE OF SCAMS OVER THE PHONE
I had a pleasant experience while receiving my annual mammogram. Wonderful staff with awesome customer service and friendly faces. Thanks for the opportunity to share.
Service very bad, had a 10:00 appointment with my daughter for an ultrasound and was not seen till 11:15. If it’s going to be an hour wait, then you should schedule appointments accordingly. After asking how much longer, I got the feeling they just forgot about here appointment. We were then told a couple more minutes, they finally called her back 45 minutes later. Very poor service.
My brother had an appointment there and the level of unprofessional behavior the front desk rep had was unacceptable. From yelling, “Hey” instead of calling us by our name to her very visible poor attitude. To whomever owns this company or has a vested interest, I would strongly recommend training staff to not only be somewhat courteous, (generally people needing this service are not having their best day already) but at the bare MINIMUM not be disrespectful .
