I went there and they were able to get me in the next day so I was excited. But I should have known better... I went for a highlight and trim. It took over 4 hours JUST for the color and then she ran out of time so she didn't even style my hair after she cut it. She just used a hair dryer and maybe straightened a little of it. My back was killing me from their uncomfortable chairs so I was just glad it was over. I left and went home and finished fixing my hair to find that she completely messed up my hair cut. I went to the Sage Tree to get a quick haircut on my lunch break. I work downtown and the location is very convienient. The stylist did a great job at getting me in over my lunch break. She gave me a massage before the haircut, and took her time to listen to my needs. The haircut was great, and I will be back.
