I feel like I’d be doing people a disservice if I didn’t leave this review. If I’d known how bad the noise is here, I would’ve never signed a lease. The all hardwood floors are awful for sound — you hear every step and stomp from upstairs. My neighbor unfortunately walks incredibly heavy and constantly (all hours of the day including late night and early morning), and even with a white noise machine on full blast, it doesn’t drown out the loud heel walking. Moriah was wonderful to deal with and showed me the amenities and an empty unit to look at. She was very personable and knowledgeable of the property and made me feel welcomed. The property was super clean and neat. I was impressed with the amenities and overall feel of the property. I wish I could move right away if I wasn't waiting on a job offer to move otherwise I would move there.

We were one of the earliest residents in the property. Will never rent an equity residential property again! Absolutely terrible! The list of issues is just getting longer… from the package room, garage safety, noise, middle of night fire alarms, and overall upper management! Truly disappointing! Beware!
