Update: Trash has been the stress of my life here. They don't have trash shoots and we are at it the mercy of valet trash and they come and go at anytime at night. I have to either wait up all night or wake up at 9 am to take in the bin or I am fined. They valet trash guy would also smoke cigars in the beginning that I seen him smoke and residents would get emails about it but it was him. He himself is kind but problematic. People would pile trash outside because we either have to wait or have our trash picked up on a werid ... read more
I haven’t lived here for long, but I’d still like to share my experience so far. Overall, it has been very positive. The amenities are really good, and the appliances in the unit are high quality and work well. It already feels like a comfortable place to call home. One thing I truly appreciate is the sense of community. There are opportunities for residents to connect and communicate, which makes it feel welcoming and not just like a place where people come and go. Very professional staff. Absolutely luxury inside and outside. So glad we moved our mother here after a terrible experience!
Oh where do I start…. Moved in when they were just built so i was the first tenant in my unit and at first glance everything was “oh wow this is so great”. Had a couple of hiccups like the water heater just not being big enough for the shower (5minute shower) when temperatures were below 50 degrees F.
