Ray and his group are amazing! They helped us sell a fourplex in San Jose. Each member of the group is honest and easy to work with. We quickly got into contract. My building had difficult problems arise while in contract and they patiently assisted me through the process by providing recommendations and contractor connections, while promptly giving and getting feedback from the buyer. My wife and daughter contracted Ray to sell our four units and our daughter's four units in the Cambrian area of San Jose.
