He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. Pete went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make sure everything was taken care of. We took delivery of our LUXE in October 2020. We love it. Support from The RV Factory has been phenomenal. Jeri, our sales person, was great, helping us thru the entire ordering, customization, and deliver process. Pete, the factory manager is always available to answer questions, even on our rig that is know 5 years old.
