Pete gave a factory tour for two couples. We were warmly welcomed and he answered all our questions in great detail. Veery accommodating. Both couples are LUXE OWNERS. We are very pleased with our product and always glad to learn more about what is available now and how to improve our camper.

This is a massive purchase. To just give five stars is an injustice. The quality starts with sales. You are building your home and you are treated that way. Pick what you want and the sales person is going to make sure you get it. Then the build. The RV Factory does not cut corners on brakes, suspension or tires like other companies. We have had nothing but issues since picking up our rv in June of 2023. The sales people drop you the minute you sign. The factory people do not keep notes as discussed. Then when you mention anything about it they make you out to be the bad person versus the person who just paid $290k for a luxury item. Yes, they are built different, yes they are higher quality material. But they are still assembled the same and do not back their product. We had issues upon pick up and have had them since.
