We have had nothing but issues since picking up our rv in June of 2023. The sales people drop you the minute you sign. The factory people do not keep notes as discussed. Then when you mention anything about it they make you out to be the bad person versus the person who just paid $290k for a luxury item. Yes, they are built different, yes they are higher quality material. But they are still assembled the same and do not back their product. We had issues upon pick up and have had them since. We purchased a 2021 39FRB from here. The experience was top notch. The guys in the shop were a pleasure to work with before and after the sell. We asked for 3 modifications before we took delivery. These guys are real craftsman. Our coach is beautiful inside and out. It is solidly built.beautiful wood cabinets, solid wood doors, soft touch walls and top of the line components inside and out. We purchased a 2021 39FRB on consignment from the RV Factory in the spring of 2024. We had a great experience with the guys in the shop. We really liked and still like our LUXE. However, when we arrived home after a 4 week trip in the late fall of 2024, I was washing the outside of the camper and I noticed that the front door side tire was missing a thread band all the way around. Our RV door was deteriorating quickly to the point we could no longer close it or have any way to secure it. The RV campground Manager had to come each evening to help us with this door trying to secure it the best he could from the outside. Rain and cold would come in making us miserable. Pete and Krista at the RV Factory helped us to get a replacement ASAP. They were wonderful! We are forever grateful for their help!! Sandra and John Brewer
