You need a reservation unless 2 hour wait is ok but the bar tender won't answer the phone. Not my opinion, that's what the employees told me. I rang them 50 + calls. Also the food is way over spiced. I've had food here three times and every time it's like a game to see how hot and how much spice they can put on a piece of meat. If the meat was good it wouldn't be burying.

Great food and great service. Our server Laurie was wonderful; she shared helpful tips for the area.
Love the food and everything about them but there service is terrible.. you call ask for a take out they say yes put you on hold for 15min call back and phone is disconnected. Just say there is no take out ever…..
Food is good great friendly staff. It's packed because it's actually really good for New York BBQ. Way better than Dinosaur. Worth the drive to Geneeva is you are an hour or so away.
