Ordered Togo. picked up at recommend time and food was cold and also wasn't what we ordered. $30 wasted on lunch.
The bartenders couldn't keep there hands off each other... while everyone was waiting on drinks...or to order....so after 15 minutes we got waited on only 6 people at bar....pizza was good....
I rarely post reviews (especially negative reviews), but our family recently went here for a Friday night birthday celebration. Waited 20 minutes past reservation time to get a seat, when seated, our party of 8 received one menu because they were out of them, then waited a LONG while to get our food, which was lukewarm and very bland. Would not go back. Only bright spot was our server, whom you could tell was doing her best and was very pleasant. RecommendedWonderful service, great fried pickles, rich gourmet onion soup, and the Reuben was perfect! We know where we are going with our next visit to Columbus 😜
We went while in town with family and had three older kids with us. It’s clear employees’ friends get preferential treatment. We waited 45 minutes, we were asked if high-top tables were ok, said yes and then the tables were given to a bartender’s friends. Despite being right next to the bartender when he told his friends they could sit there, the hostess made up an excuse. We talked to the manager who clearly doesn’t understand customer service. Recommendedgood food waitress was very nice
The food has always been spot on ,but it’s just crazy that it took me 20 minuets to get a beer ! I would have over looked that if the place was busy but it was 4:00 on Saturday and the place was not busy.
