My experience working with this team was very disappointing. As someone who is not originally from the U.S., I often felt dismissed and not fully respected throughout the process. Communication was not always clear, and at times I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. There were also situations where I felt pressured into decisions I was not comfortable with. My experience with Adam Rullo and the team was disappointing. I felt pressured to accept a lower sale price on my home, and I was encouraged to proceed with financing steps that made me uncomfortable after a job loss. When we chose to use another realtor for a different home, I felt their continued outreach to other agents was inappropriate. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
