Our boys love it! We have a very energetic pup who loves other dogs and a not so energetic pup who can be skeptical of other pups. The Ruff House is able to accommodate to their very different personalities and we always feel safe leaving them there!
I brought my 5 month old GSD puppy in for his first groom. He came home smelling amazing and his fur is so so soft! Thank you for being so patient and gentle with my boy for his first time. It certainly will not be the last time we visit you. Emily was very accommodating for my pup’s needs and even used some positive reinforcement along the way to make it a great time for him. He left with a refreshed air of confidence! Thanks Ruff house!

Look at our sleepy and sweet smelling pups after a day of play and a bath! 🙂 Our dogs are always happy and tired after their visits to Ruff House. They remember and care about our dogs as individuals, even when they do normal annoying things that dogs do, like fight the blow dryer during their bath or pee right before they walk in the door. Very communicative and professional, and we are lucky to have a place we know our dogs are well-taken care of over the past few years.
We brought our husky pup to stay at the Ruff House this past weekend and we are so unbelievably upset after picking him up. We brought him home and he was unbelievably exhausted and at first we thought it was because of a fun, playful weekend, until we looked at his paws. All four of his paws were cut, torn, and bleeding. His nails are worn almost to the quick. He can barely stand up. Best place to bring your dog, staff is always friendly and they know my name and my dogs name by heart. When my son was born and was in the NICU for a whole week they gave me discounted rate to help me financially all because they wanted to help me out when they didn’t have to. From a business owner I really love the way they treat people and run their business here. Thank you Ruff House for everything you do for my dog, you guys are great!
