We took our dog there while on vacation! The staff was super! When I called to check in, they always gave me a detailed report!!! Definitely will take him back!! Thank U!

This is the second time my husband and I have used the ruff house and once again we are very pleased and extremely happy with how our dogs were cared for. Every time I called to check up on our three puppies they always gave me a detailed response on how their day has been and any concerns they had for our puppies. Now all three of them are passed out from all their play time. I will always go to them whenever we need to go out of town, and I recommend the ruff house to anyone in need of doggie day care.

I have recently found this gem of a place! They are the only place in the area that carries the food I was looking at switching to. I met Mike at the store and he spent 20 minutes going over everything with me. They even ordered the food I wanted for me and will continue to make sure it is in stock for me. When I came in to get a small bag to tide me over until the order came in they were out. They left me with a bag full of sample bags to tide me over. They have amazing customer service and I will continue to recommend them... read more

My dog, Daisy, is a schnoodle with difficult hair/fur (always gets matted). Chad always welcomes her with open arms and does a nice job of grooming her.
