Went with my 10 yr old son at an outside table. 2 couples at 2 different tables apparently knew each other and decided to have an adult conversation from table to table wherd half the area heard. i wouldn't mind F bombs and sexual innuendos if it was just me. i just wish the clientele would look around and act like they were in public. i also wish the staff would've said something. This is a Don Juan, crispy retiree who has a boat and sleeps with 20 year old daddy issues kinda place. very unimpressed with the crowd
RecommendedLarge place good for parties and groups as well as date night with the spouse! Lots of different seating options and frequent live music outside. Apparently they do allow smoking out on the decks so we don’t sit out there. Lance is great and the wait staff is very nice and attentive.
I took my aunt out on my boat for her 77th birthday we had a great afternoon of cruising and enjoying the water. I had already planned to take her to the Rudder for her Birthday dinner and we were looking forward to it. We got there and was seated quickly and waiter came to table pretty quick. All was going well the appetizers came quick but our waiter kept slowly slowing down and nearly impossible to find. We had a fantastic time with our 501 event at The Rudder!
The place is awesome!!!!! The food is awesome! The service leaves a lot to be desired. We went for the Luau and we sat there for 15 minutes before someone acknowledged that we were there. And the place wasn’t even busy yet. Then the waiter and waitress were arguing over whose table we were. Customer service is definetly NOT their strong point. But food and marina is great!
Service and food was good...Just out of the first two things we ordered.
The food was good drinks was to pricey
Always a great experience and lots of fun!!!! Great drinks and coldest beer in town! Highly recommend!
Great atmosphere and food! Fun place and great entertainment!! I love coming here with my wife and seeing my long time friends
