We used The Roze Team for the purchase of our first home and could not be more pleased! Becky and Rachel did an outstanding job walking us through being first time home buyers. They were quick to answer the questions we had and their experience showed during every interaction. I would be hard pressed to pick another realtor in the Denver market!
We have used the Roze Team for several real estate transactions and they were amazing each and every time! Professional and will fight for your best interests! We have now moved out of Colorado so likely won’t have to use their services again but for anyone who will need to buy or sell a home there are none better than the Roze team.

Rachel and Becky are amazing! They helped us refine our search for a new house and pointed out features that could be helpful (or harmful) for our new baby. We hadn’t considered many of these things! As parents, both Rachel and Becky have a sense for what young families are looking for. My wife and I cannot recommend them more highly!
