Wish I could give ZERO STARS!! Terrible customer service! The girl who did my nails did not speak to me the whole time, even after I attempted to start a conversation. I knew the price was going to be higher but I didn't mind spending extra if my nails were going to look like their Instagram or Facebook photos. I paid $50 for a fill and 2 nails had 3D art.. My nail shape was off, the gel polish she used was clumpy and overall I was unhappy with the service. WILL NOT BE BACK, DO NOT RECCOMEND.

I absolutely adore this salon. Nice decor, great nail techs able to do designs and techniques most salons can't do. I've been going for almost a year and love leaving with quality nails at an affordable price. You won't have to worry about chips, loose stones or chips!!

Went there with a wedding party on sept 8th my nails already started chipping and all are off add of yesterday the 21St most of the girls got talked into something they didn't want this salon is all about money and they don't care about their customers our bill was almost 500.00 dollars that is insane plus tip ugh we got ripped off! Never will go there again on Facebook they make it look good but its not! Took my family for manicure. One child got toes and nails polished. One child got toes and nail polished gel on nails only,another got nails polished with gel and one got manicure with clear. Eyebrows tweezed and one lip wax. Left with 160.00 bill. Over priced or was cheated! Will never go back and will tell everyone I meet not to go there.

Horrible customer service, called in to find out about last minute client details. A lady answered was short and rude to me in mid sentence. Havent been in yet and yet still treated this way.

On Instagram and Facebook they look like they do an amazing job BUT from experience they do a horrible job. I asked for oval and each nail was a different size. Customer service is horrible. They take forever to get started and don't communicate with you what's going on. I waited a hour past my appointment time. The first time I went there Tasha did an amazing time since she left I've hated my nails every time after. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. There is poor customer service. I had a confirmed appointment scheduled. I was asked if I'd like to wait or come back later upon arrival. I was charged for a full set and not a fill when I received a fill. My nails were not shaped straight and I still had polish from my previous set showing. This was not a nice experience.

Great work terrible customer service. Im not willing to pay for anything where they aren't appreciative of every client especially if I drive from Oklahoma City to Moore. I'll keep my money in my pocket. If you're a professional business owner this is client service 101. Customers are the reason your doors are open to begin with. Nope! Learn how to apologize.
