What the xxxx is this! $35 +tax in addition to the price!!!! I hate this practice.
After traveling to 28 countries across the Americas, Asia, and Europe, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel anywhere. When we came back to our room from a wedding around 10:30pm on Saturday, March 29, there was an extremely loud party going on next door. It sounded like there were at least 10 people in the room. Ray at the front desk went above and beyond
First time I've stated at a Sonesta hotel, and I'm not sure I would do it again. Let me start with the positive aspects of my stay. 1. Doormen very friendly 2. Massive room 3. 24 hour fitness centre 4. Fast and friendly service at the onsite restaurant for breakfast 5. Great location, walking distance to metro and host of cafes and eateries The negative aspects 1. Soundproofing in room was terrible.
