1st time at this location or any Sonesta property. Great location so close to metro, DuPont, restaurants, shops, etc. The Property is under construction / renovation ….. which the hotel made very clear in their listing and did a good job in pre-arrival communications. Lobby area is a temporary set-up but they make it work. I arrived late Sunday and checked out early Monday so was not affected by construction activity. Front desk team was friendly and professional. The water shut off in the middle of the night and they lied about the cost of valet parking. 65 dollars a day not 65 for the trip.
Horrible. I just cannot call and reach the front desk. They always push my phone call to the "reservation" team. How should I reach your hotel's front desk???
