The food is excellent. As a general barometer, the Royal Scam filet mignons rival top steak houses. The service staff is always friendly and upbeat, the initial service is prompt, the follow-up service is always "on time" and did I mention the food? I've eaten there over a hundred times and I challenge anyone to find something on the menu that doesn't deserve an A+.
