After moving out of this apartment complex, received a bill for not leaving the apartment on time, which I did leave on time.... and for ridiculous charges for normal wear and tear... left the apartment clean, but apparently they still charged a cleaning fee for minor cleaning, and a charge for touch up painting... what is wrong with these people... instead of sending me my deposit back, they sent me a bill.... I still live there, and my lease is up in March 2011, wish it was March 2010. Office workers has to be behind the good comments. The offers they provide you to lower you rent is to get you to stay. They get you with the spaciousness of the apt. It is big, but they dont tell you about the water you here running in the walls the seem like its coming through. You know everytime your neighbor goes potty...gross and personal. majority of the people who live here dont work, so there up all nite and day. The parking lot is full of ... read more
A friend suggested that I move to these apartments. I was looking for something affordable being a single parent, Moving here was actually more that I expected it to be. I love my home. Its spacious and very quiet in my area. The apt complex its very clean and the maintenance is great. My neighbors are very friendly and would suggest anyone too move here...Pss.. The staff in he office is very polite and respectful....that a plus.....
I am very impressed with the Royal Phoenician apartments.Our apt. is a very large one bedroom that is very spacious.Every month there is an incentive they offer to reduce your rent. may it be a referral or animal buck or drawing for a years "free RENT. iT IS A HONOR TO LIVE ON THEIR PREMISES.
