The Royal Oak Brewery is located right outside of Detroit and is one of the area's most popular breweries. The 14 barrel brewing system was custom designed for the brewery so that it would fit behind the bar. In fact, the brewer is often behind the counter performing his duties and chatting with guests about the beers and the system. This way it is also possible to tour the brewery from your barstool! New menu got rid of some fan favorites that have been available for 10 years. Also, kid portion of fries was very small. Trying to keep an open kind about the new menu, but so far not very impressed. Mug club member since 1999.
