We were a walk in and a wedding party was already being seen I figured we would be waiting for hours but we were seen quickly and the staff was great!! Will be going back!!
The Royal Day Spa is one of my favorites! The ladies are always so nice, & my nails are always beautiful after they’re done. The ombré nails are my favorite. I wish they would open a salon in Saraland. :)
I WILL NEVER be back !! I got my nails done on the 1st by the 3rd I barely hit my hand on a door frame and had one pop off a day later 2 others popped off. (She did a bad job and lied to me about pricing) After holidays and working I got to go back and they refused to fix my nails so there is $55 wasted.
Love getting my nails done by Annie! Always does such a great job and when I can’t decide she knows what I need even when I don’t. 😃😃😃
Have been several times but after my last experience, I will not be back. The last time I was there I was a walk in. No big deal right? Well I waited for about an hour & 15 minutes & everyone behind me who walked in was told 20-30 mins - kind of weird. After I was finally waited on the lady seemed to be in a rush & did not file or trim my nails to get a more even shape. So I visited this place for the first time today-the environment was nice and the speed of service was good, I only needed 1 nail repair and polish on my hands. I calculated in my head about $15 cool. I go to pay and the guy says “That’ll be $20” I’m like wtf! So my polish was $11 (because it was over acrylic) no problem, repair was $3 cool, the other $6 was because my nails are kind of long not even really long more like medium to me.
