THIS WAS MY VERY FIRST VISIT HERE!!! When I first arrived there.. the nail tech that I asked for was busy doing someone else nails. The receptionist told me that it’ll be another hour or so. She asked me did I want to make an appointment to come back. I said yes. So we made the appointment, when I got there. Guess what!! Someone else was in there chair. The Staff is very professional
I’ve had TERRIBLE experience for years with having my eyebrows waxed. Nancy at The Royal Day Spa is the best! FINALLY found my eyebrow person 😂 and she was super sweet! Highly recommend
Nail Tech FaceTimed while doing my daughter’s nails, and she was rude and disrespectful. Leaving and going to get nails redone at a different shop because they look awful!
