Mary is one of the most kind, genuine, and caring people I know. She believed me and in me. She was there for me, as an advocate, therapist, and friend, as I worked my way through two difficult stages in life. She is a beautiful, thoughtful soul helping the world one session at a time.
I have been working with Urfa for a few months, and she has consistently made me feel comfortable opening up and sharing my thoughts. She helps me look at my actions with clarity and guides me toward realistic solutions and expectations. Her therapy exercises are both challenging and empathetic, and they have genuinely helped me grow.
