I am so sick of these scammy property managers. They charged a $300 move out fee for Cleaning. I left the apartment with no holes in the wall in pristine condition. When I brought this up they said everyone is charged a cleaning fee upon exiting. So keep that in mind. In addition, They also took a remaining $200 for utilities . Mind you I have paid everything up to par my entire time there. They did not provide any itemized receipt on their behalf. DO NOT RENT!
Don’t move here! Over priced, minimal amenities and the ones they do have are a scam. Security doesn’t do anything but watch tv on their phones and walk around while tenants packages are being stolen right next to their desk. The valet trash is really the only thing they do right. There’s always dog piss and shit in the hallway and elevators. Amazon lockers and call box always out of service. I mean A COMPLETE SCAM for what you’re paying. Trusssst me save your time and patience!
