I have nothing but rave reviews for the Roxbury Institute. Dr Aria is a wonderful, thoughtful, thorough doctor who is surrounded by a caring, attentive staff. I had never had a doctor reach out to check on me before until Dr Aria. It was extremely comforting to know he was just a text away if I had any questions or concerns. I started my journey with Dr. Herbst who is so helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. I had my first two surgeries with Dr. Aria. I was very thankful for his expertise, explanations of things, and his kindness. The staff is great... Evelyn, Tamantha, Michelle, Gabi, and Ashley. After the surgeries, my MLD treatments were done by Pearl each time. She's great. Answered all my questions and explained what she was doing and why. We got to bond each time. I have one more surgery with Dr. Aria and I know I'm in good hands.
Kind, helpful, compassionate and responsive. The whole team here, front desk, back office, nurses and doctors, they really listen to the complexity of your situation. I felt heard. I look forward to teaming up with them in the coming months as I progress on my journey to better health!
I found Advanced Lipedema Treatment at The Roxbury Institue early this year after self-diagnosing myself with Lipedema. I booked a consultation with Dr. Aria after conducting some research to find the doctor that will best suit my needs. I came in to see Dr. Aria and get my official diagnosis. I am beyond impressed with every person I've encountered so far from ALT/The Roxbury Institute, from Desiree who I first talked with about treatment, to Dr. Smart who will be doing my surgeries. Dr. Smart was compassionate and kind when discussing treatment for my lipedema. I instantly felt a comfort level most people will never find with a doctor.
