Stayed here for two years and it was a nightmare. Stove and oven didn’t work for four months after several work orders were put in. Water would flood under the front door onto the flooring so bad it was stained. A work order was put in for that and no one could fix it. I moved in this apartment complex in October paying $1400+ a month in rent. They rented this apartment under false pretenses stating the complex was fully renovated. I have had electrical issues, no hot water in the master bathroom. No air, No heat. Leaks from the A/C unit and now a leak under the sink that caused damage to my items. No communication about my ac unit being replaced. Filed a ticket 8/30 and was told it would be fixed Monday!! And here we are 9/9 and my apartment is 76 degrees. My kids rooms are unbelievably hot. I will file a complaint with the BBB tomorrow if my unit is not fixed on 9/10/19
This place is the worst when it comes to maintenance. We moved into our two bedroom and water comes rushing in under the door. It has ruined 2 rugs. It takes them weeks just to come check on a work order. They have been out twice to try to fix and it’s still flooding. The air conditions are good enough to cool the second floor completely. It takes weeks for you to get a mail key or any kind of help for that matter. Can’t wait to move out.
The Roxbury has beautiful apartments with poor plumbing. I have had water damage from the kitchen ceiling, bathroom ceiling, hallway ceiling, wall behind washing machine, the kitchen sink, the bathroom sink, and air conditioning unit from upstairs. I have had weird fluids backing into my sink drains also. The walls and floors are really thin. I can hear my neighbors walking through three apartment upstairs. I can hear them open and closing doors too.
our air has been out for 76 days. reaching over 80 every single day. it has still not been fixed. corporate doesn't care at all about this complex. the CEO needs to be fired.
Please do not move here. They haven’t clean this mold on the ceiling. They do not care at all. Dealing with this over 2 months. They fix the leak beginning of July. Haven’t clean the mold yet... We going into August. Our lightening fixture keep going in and out. All kinds of bugs from the outside. They did a poor job on the renovation as well. CURRENT RESIDENT 2019 - MY UNIT IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE LEASING OFFICE !!! THE MGR THINK INDO DRUGS AWAY KNOCKING ON MY DOOR SAYING IT A WEED ODOR COMING FROM MY UNIT !!!
