customer service is terrible we will never be back should change the name to krusty beaver. save your time and visit the cathouse instead
Very RUDE service. From the moment we walked in the bar tender acted like she was annoyed with someone there. Argued with us about a drink and then when given the wrong drink told us it was our fault. Will never be back!
This place is TERRIBLE! We drove all the way from Fayetteville to come here for a new BBB experience and we will NEVER go back. I have never had someone be so rude to me before while I was trying to order a drink. There was 8-10 people in the bar and somehow me trying to give them my money was an inconvenience to them. Don't waist your time go to the Cat House or stay in town and go to Dickson St.!!
So today 9/28/2019 we stopped at the Rowdy Beaver, it is (was) a place we loved to stop and spend time while in Eureka Springs. Well today changed that we were some of the first people there and were watching the OU game. Just before half time the waitress came up to us and told us the manager was making them change all the TVs to the Arkansas game. Still can't believe how our server ripped us off, I'll never return to this establishment ever. Service is horrible and not just once but twice this week issues.
