I thought this place was a wonderful atmosphere for me from the start of me walking into the complex. I didn't know if I could find a place that could really feel like home in looking for apartments since I transferred here, but after taking a tour and seeing the lay out of these apartments as well as how helpful Tony was in answering any possible question I could think of to make sure these apartments best suited me has really made me excited to explore more into possibly signing a lease here once my lease is up. I currently live at the row and my experience has been amazing since day one. Sherry goes above and beyond to make her tenants happy. She has such a bubbly personality and you can come to her with just about anything. She def makes you feel at home and so welcome. Thank you sherry and all of the team at the row for making this an easy process and making me a happy tenant!
It’s really always something. Our refrigerator stopped working, so we were told to move our food to another fridge across the street until the other one started working. During this time, the freezer of that fridge quit working and ruined all our food that we had just bought. They are not doing anything to help the situation at all. We really can’t afford to just have all our frozen food ruined.
Like many others have said, this place was better when it was ran by Rob Hill and Log Hill Properties. They didn't give notice that they would start charging fees for sewage and others. Also, I moved out on July 15, and they called me on July 30 asking when I was moving out. Seems like no one in the office communicates and I haven't even gotten back my security deposit.
