They recently changed internet providers and when they did this the internet in my apartment stopped working and the wireless only works half the time, when I was told internet would be provided. When I brought it up to the manager he said it was me and my roommates responsibility to fix it, even though the internet was working perfectly fine before THEY changed it.
RecommendedI have been living here for a year now and it is gotten better as the management has changed. I came in as houses were being renovated and temporary management was in place. They now have management that is permanent and I haven't had any problems with them. They have solved all the problems I have had in a timely manner. The pricing is great for the location and what you are getting. The houses are roomy and the garage is a bonus.
The Row scammed me out of 1,000 dollars, is grossly incompetent and preys on students.
Horrible Communication among leasing office staff. Non existent maintenance staff, we went 24 days without A/C in July. Their tenant/ my roommate lost his dog to the heat because of their negligence.
Terrible management. Inconsiderate people working in the office after the company change. Do not live here.
I had a pleasant expierence visiting the Row. Tony was very helpful and informative. I feel that the Row has nice space and for a reasonable price!
I was very satisfied with how my questions were answered when visiting the row. Tony made the experience very great! I definitely can see myself living here now.
